hydracheckin.com provides access to Hydra and related information.

Hydra is a tool used by event organizers. We do not own or control attendee data processed through Hydra.

In most cases:

  • You (the event organizer) are the data controller

  • Hydra operates with a limited processing role

2. Information collected via hydracheckin.com

a) Website analytics

hydracheckin.com uses Google Analytics to collect standard usage data such as:

  • Page visits

  • Device and browser type

  • Approximate geographic location

  • IP address (anonymized where possible)

3. Information collected by Hydra

Hydra processes attendee data provided by you through integrations such as the Hydra Bridge plugin.

Hydra does not store or process this data on its own servers.

5. Data flow and access

Hydra uses a direct communication model between the application and your server (e.g., WordPress with Hydra Bridge).

hydracheckin.com is not involved in this data exchange.

We do not have access to:

  • Attendee personal data

  • Ticketing data

  • Any sensitive information exchanged in this process

6. What we never see

To be explicit:

We do not see your attendees.

We do not see your tickets.

We do not see what happens at your event.

Hydra does not route attendee data through our infrastructure.

7. Payments and third-party processing

Neither hydracheckin.com nor Hydra store or process:

  • Credit card data

  • Billing details

  • Customer purchase information

8. Local storage and offline mode

Hydra may store attendee data locally on devices to enable offline functionality.

Data collected via hydracheckin.com and Hydra is used to:
