Tickera + Bridge for WooCommerce

Hydra Bridge

When Tickera is connected to WooCommerce via Bridge for WooCommerce, Hydra follows that setup fully.

This integration is built with awareness of how Tickera and WooCommerce work together in real-world scenarios. Orders, statuses, and ticket ownership all flow through WooCommerce, and Hydra respects that structure without shortcuts or assumptions.

All relevant data is passed through.
Check-in rules, limits, order status logic, and time restrictions are applied exactly as defined in your setup.

If you’re using Seating Charts, seat labels and numbers are automatically included and visible across Hydra – attendee list, check-in results, check-in history, attendee preview.

Nothing extra to configure. Nothing gets lost in translation.

The experience stays consistent, even though the underlying system is more complex.

There is one thing currently missing though: data coming from the Custom Forms add-on is not yet available inside Hydra. This is actively being worked on and is expected in the second half of 2026.

Everything else behaves as expected and remains fully aligned with your Tickera + WooCommerce setup.

Using Hydra alongside Checkinera

Hydra Check-in can run alongside Checkinera without any issues.

Hydra uses GATE keys, while Checkinera uses Tickera API keys. Both operate independently, but rely on the same underlying ticket data.

Devices using Checkinera are not counted towards your Hydra device limit.
Even if you reach your Hydra limit, additional devices can still run Checkinera.

Hydra Check-in and Checkinera do not communicate over the Hydra.PULSE network. Each system manages its own devices and sync.
