The Events Calendar (Event Tickets)
Hydra Bridge integrates with The Events Calendar when ticketing is handled through the Event Tickets plugin.
This setup is common for events that rely on a more flexible event structure while still needing reliable attendee management and check-in.
Hydra works directly with Event Tickets data and brings it into a consistent check-in flow, without requiring changes to how events or tickets are created.
All core attendee data is available, including ticket ownership, attendee details, and event associations. Search, manual check-in, and offline sync are fully supported.
Barcode scanning is available when compatible ticket types are used (for example, when additional ticketing extensions are active).
Check-in limits
By default, Event Tickets allows a single check-in per ticket.
Hydra Bridge extends this behavior by introducing a configurable setting in the plugin admin.
You can define how many check-ins are allowed per ticket:
- 1 → default behavior (single check-in)
- any number above 1 → multiple check-ins allowed
- 0 → unlimited check-ins
This setting applies globally to Event Tickets integration and gives you more flexibility for scenarios like multi-day access, re-entry, or internal workflows.

Undo check-in is currently not supported in this integration.
